Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga is an ideal exercise for moms at any stage of her pregnancy and postpartum. Poses are taught with caring emphasis on mindfulness, breathing, and body awareness to prepare expectant moms for labor and birth by Lisa Bandong, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Learn skills to use during all stages of labor, and bond with other expectant moms. Lisa's teaching mantra - "you know your body best."
