Free Yoga October 16

Babies in Bloom is hosting a Birth and Baby Fair this Saturday, October 16, and I will be hosting the Toddler/Family Yoga class at 10:15 AM for FREE! There will be several other free classes offered that day as well as lots of giveaways. Come and join us for this awesome event!

No Class March 13

I am sorry to report that I will not be hosting Toddler/Family Yoga class on March 13 due to illness.
