Together, families with toddlers (ages 18 mos-5 years) at any skill levels can discover a playfull introduction to yoga. Your toddler is a natural yogi and may have already demonstrated many yoga poses while discovering the movement of his or her own body. Enjoy moving into a favorite animal pose. Play and interact with each other during this 40 minute class and receive the benefits of a fun workout. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat for each adult.

COST: Toddler Family Yoga is now donation based. You decide how much you would like to contribute. The suggested donation is $10 per family, but no one is turned away for the lack of funds. If you have the means, then please consider paying forward for the next family that might not.
